January is very well known for its blues, as we enter the beginning of a New Year, invariably the weather is dull and wet, the festivities have left us cash poor, heavely weighted down from over indulgence and a general feeling of gloom sits around us all as we are back to work knowing that any light at the end of a tunnel could well be a few months away.
